Our trajectory
We are a non-profit association that, since 1990, has been working to give visibility to women entrepreneurs, executives, and businesswomen. We also support women in vulnerable situations, helping them to create or consolidate decent jobs that allow them a real opportunity to start anew. We have accompanied over 800 women in launching their projects in various sectors.
Since 2015, we have expanded our activities to various locations in Catalonia, especially in the Maresme region, where we collaborate with local councils and the County Council. In addition, we have agreements with public and private entities that help us achieve our goals as an organisation..
Starting from 2021, we have begun a new phase by incorporating the entrepreneurship programmes of the Servei Solidari Foundation, such as Espai Emprèn and microcredits, which allow us to give a new boost to our activity with the expertise of the team and the volunteers..

At Dones pel Futur, we drive the social change necessary to achieve equality between women and men through the empowerment and economic independence of women. We aspire to be a reference organisation, both at the regional and national level, in the empowerment of women, promoting their economic and professional independence. We want to be an entity capable of facilitating spaces for meeting and dialogue between public entities, private organisations, and social agents, collaborating in the design, implementation, and evaluation of economic and social policies that transform the lives of women.
